With reference to your Despatch No. 38 of the 15th. February, 1917, I have the honour to inform you that all leases formerly standing in the names of enemy owners have now been terminated either by mutual agreement or by disclaime -or under Section 10 of Ordinance No. 11 of 1917. The cases in which termination by disclaimer was effected are Messrs.—— Arnhold, Karberg & Co., offices and residence; Messrs. Jebsen & Co., Godown; and the Medical Hall.
